HR-Human Resource is the backbone for any organization. An effective HR along with their competencies ensure a successful path of success for any team/organization. With the evolution of time, HR has become the back-bone for any set up. Their importance and involvement is worldwide accepted to build a string creative and passionate team.
To define a future goal, one cannot ignore the presence of HR intervention. The planning and judgement of HR in order to meet long term goals helps a team to achieve it in a strategic organized manner. At its most basic level, strategic human resource planning ensures adequate staffing to meet an organization’s operational goals, matching the right people with the right skills at the right time.

Hence we can proudly claim that HR is an asset to an organization-Not a liability anymore. HR Defines the culture, they set the parameters of success, and define the roadmap to achieve them.
Human resources planning ensures the best fit between employees and jobs while avoiding manpower shortages or surpluses. In simple terms it means Right Person for the Right Job. To achieve a higher desired output, it is imperative that planning and execution should be done in different and simple phases in an easy manner.
In the virtual world, the way HR has evolved has been phenomenal and have proved that the backbone or an important ask to achieve any success is HR. However while the way it is said easily, it is difficult to adopt the trend too. Like to clap, two hands are needed hence to attain HR Goals, while HR work with their full enthusiasm, an equal participation from employee and employer is also needed.
Strategic human resource planning is an essential business activity to ensure an organization has the right talent and skills needed to deliver its objectives both in the short- and the long-term. It attempts to predict both the demand for and supply of human resources in order to identify either shortfalls or surpluses and thus deal with them more effectively.
Strategic Management helps taking a strategic approach to the skill requirements of any organization. It helps building flexibility for people planning processes. They proactively foresee the upcoming changes and prepare accordingly.
