Santhosh founded OD Alternatives in 1998. Since the last 22 years, he has engaged with more than 300 clients around the globe in their transformation journey. He is the author of India's first book on coaching published by Wiley. He was awarded as the Management thinker at the Ported Price Event 2014. He also writes a weekly column in Business Today called ‘Buddha in the Boardroom’.

Linda has over two decades of Corporate experience across FMCG, IT, Logistics, Finance & Pharma. She has been a Coach, Organization Development Practitioner and Behavioral Science specialist since 2016.
She has created and supported DEI and L&D strategies at Liberty General Insurance. She led work on Gender Sensitisation at Vastu Housing Development. Undertook sessions on Unconscious Bias and Women Leadership at ACG and VFS Global.
She has also contributed to the social sector by undertaking modules on Leadership and Culture for Blue Ribbon Movement (BRM) Core Team.
Shijin Sreeraman

Shijin Sreeraman is an alumnus and Gold Medalist from TISS in Organization Development and Change. He is also an alumus of ISABS. He has more than 12 years of experience in Organization Leadership and Change consulting. He has previously associated with Indian and Global organization as part of developing and implementing change strategies and processes. Shijin is a business storyteller who brings in a concoction of applied behavior science and business storytelling as part of helping organization to conceptualise, drive and sustain change and healthy habits as part of their growth agenda.
Balasree Viswanathan

Bala’s motto in life is “try everything twice”, and as a result, she finds herself as a beginner in many things simultaneously. Having worked closely with young businesses during her master’s at North Carolina State University, her interest in the startup ecosystem only grew over time. She subsequently worked with Tracxn, a startup intelligence platform and then with Unitus Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. She is also an improvised theatre artist and facilitator, teaching performers and corporates. In her downtime, she enjoys going on long walks with her cat, Mochi.

Amrita Das Dutta

Amrita has a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour, and she is a research focused individual who is passionate about improving workplaces using critical and creative thinking. Prior to ODA, she had worked in People Advisory Services, EY as a consultant. She has also worked with ThreeFish Consulting where she had facilitated Hogan Certification Workshops and had coached young leaders on career development.Most of her work focused on talent development and generation of knowledge. She also has worked with social enterprises to enable producers achieve dignity at work.
